First of all, I feel like I have stepped my blog game up by making that graphic up there. It's one of the first times I have done a "selfie" where I knew it was going on the blog. Anyhow...Victoria tagged me for the Liebster Award a few weeks ago and I have not gotten around to answering her questions. I have been nominated for this award before, but I love doing these kinds of posts and it's always fun getting to know someone a little bit better. Therefore, I'm going to answer Victoria's questions, but I'm not going to nominate. If you want to check out my other post similar to this one, click here. Victoria, these were great and fun questions. Thanks for tagging me! What is your favorite breakfast cereal? If I'm trying to be healthy, then it's Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds. If we are going for the sugary goodness, Capt. Crunch or Fruit Loops. What is the last book you finished? Would you recommend it? I recently finished The Scarlet Thread by Francine Rivers. Some of you know my dilemma that I never finished Redeeming Love, (gasp! I know) and I was interested to see how I would like this book by Rivers. I loved it! It was so good, touching on some hard issues, but ones that are real life and I've seen happen in my family. I definitely recommend it. Also, I've promised to give Redeeming Love another shot. What is your DREAM car? A 1967 Shelby GT 500, look it up. It's beautiful. Basically any Mustang from the 60s era. What is your favorite thing on the Thanksgiving table? Squash casserole, green bean casserole, and deviled eggs. I can't possibly choose one favorite from Thanksgiving. What are your go-to nail polishes for this season? When I do get around to actually painting my nails, in the fall it is darker colors. Then, once Christmas hits, I'm back to some pinks/reds. I actually have a light pink that I really want to try out. I may not exactly go with the grain when it comes to seasons and nail polish, or clothes for that matter, but to that I say, "whatever." If I like it and feel comfortable, it's getting worn. What Scripture do you go back to over and over again? "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:37-39 What is your favorite APP? Definitely, Camera+. The only camera I have is my iPhone and I love taking pictures and I want them to be good. This app definitely helps me take great photos. I've learned some helpful hints as well. Plus, I can edit all that I want to within the app itself as well. I'm pretty sure I got it when it was only $1.99. I see they have gone up on the price, but for me, it is definitely worth it. As a blogger, do you plan posts in advance or blog as you go? Definitely both. Although, I do have a planner specifically for my blog that I use to help me keep track of everything. For more on my writing process, check out this post. Growing up, what was your favorite movie? Apparently my love for movies started young, because I cannot choose just one. The Big Green, The Sandlot, All I Want For Christmas, Now and Then, and Tom and Huck were some of my favorites...and still are. What person from history do you most relate to? This is super hard question and I have no idea what the answer is. So, instead, I will tell you one of my favorite people from history. And she is, Amelia Earhart. I've always been fascinated with her story, all that she accomplished, and of course, her disappearance. Hope you guys enjoyed getting to know me a little bit more. How would you answer the above questions? Have you ever been nominated for a Liebster Award? Leave the link, I would love to read it! Follow Me :)
